Will Refusing Vaccines Soon Lead to CPS Kidnapping Your Children for “Medical Neglect”?

Amidst the ever changing, controversial white waters of vaccine safety, parents who choose natural immunity are being targeted by certain members of the medical, legal and public health communities as being guilty of medical neglect.

As readers of Health Impact News’ MedicalKidnap.com website are fully aware, “medical neglect” is a broad term frequently used against parents who dare to disagree with doctors over the healthcare of their children, and can result in Child Protective Services (CPS) taking the children away from their families by force.

The latest example of this usurping of parental rights, which is being pushed and orchestrated by vaccine extremists who insist on pushing a one-size-fits-all approach to immunity, appears in the February edition of ​the ​American Journal of Public​ Health, in an article entitled “Parental Refusal of Childhood Vaccines and Medical Neglect Laws.”

The paper, authored by Efthimios Parasidis, JD, M.BE, and Douglas J. Opel, MD, MPH, sets out to examine court cases where vaccine refusal is categorized as “medical neglect” under child welfare laws.

Vaccine Extremists Attempt to Establish Vaccine Refusal with Parental Neglect Despite a Burden of Proof to the Contrary

In an attempt to establish a legal precedent for parents who choose natural immunity over vaccine mandates, and in an effort to identify those same parents as being medically negligent for doing so, Parasidis & Opel set out to identify court opinions ranging from 1905 to 2016 that ruled not vaccinating was legal medical neglect. Their search allegedly identified only a total of 9 cases in 5 states, 7 of which ruled vaccine refusal constituted neglect.

That miniscule number pales in comparison to the thousands of parents who have come forward claiming that their children experienced a vaccine reaction ranging from the condition itself that the vaccine was supposed to prevent, to death. In fact, the article fails to even address what the associative risk to vaccinating would be in compared to not vaccinating.

Before we analyze further the authors’ conclusions, let’s first examine why such a small sample would even be worthy of a published article in an American journal at this moment in time.

Controversial Proposed California Bill Has Ties to Defunct Clinton Global Initiative

One need only to look to California politics to understand the reason for such a piece; a thinly veiled attempt to lay groundwork to link parental rights to choose natural immunity with medical neglect.

Sen. Richard Pan, the California politician who was the main sponsor of the controversial mandatory vaccine law SB277, which forces parents to choose between medical freedom and sending their kids to public or private school, just introduced another bill which fits perfectly into this puzzle.

SB18​ — a scant, outline of a bill dubbed the “child bill of rights” — was introduced by Pan in December. It seeks to define what constitutes parental standards with regard to children’s health, education and welfare and is being sold to parents in the State of California in a town-hall-style format.

The already controversial bill has very deep ties to the Clinton Foundation via Pan’s official sponsor, ​Jim Steyer​ of Common Sense Media. Brother of environmentalist billionaire Tom Steyer​, Jim and his brother have v​ery deep connections to Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton,​ and are using their influence to push for the bill, which seeks to control the rights of parents even further in California by defining what constitutes a child’s well being.

Jim, who has been a professor of political science at Stanford for the past 25 years, has a class list of former students that includes former New Jersey mayor-turned-senator Cory Booker, Obama’s former National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Chelsea Clinton herself, which explains Steyer’s closeness and allegiance to the Clinton family and his and his brother’s multi-million dollar donations to the Clinton Foundation and now defunct C​linton Global Initiative.​

Do the parents of California want someone with ties to the now defunct Clinton organization deciding what’s best for their children, especially when that same organization has d​irect ties​ to Laura Silsby, who was ​convicted of child trafficking in Haiti​?

Conflict of Interest with Journal’s Authors?

Richard Pan is not the onl​y familiar face connecting to the narrative in the Journal article; co-authors ​Efthimios Parasidis, JD, M.BE​, ​and Douglas J. Opel, MD, MPH,​ have very distinct connections and associations with the vaccine extremists that are familiar faces in this narrative.

Firstly, Parasidis, in addition to being a bioethicist, is also an intellectual property attorney — the kind that would assist someone like P​aul Offit​ with patenting and licensing a r​otavirus vaccine.​ In fact, Parasidis has a master’s degree in bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania, which is exactly where ​Offit ​serves as the Professor of “Vaccinology” and a Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine. “Offit for Profit,” as he has been dubbed in the medical freedom movement, is famous for making millions of dollars from the sale of the vaccine.

The second author of the paper, Douglas J. Opel, MD, MPH, has very deep ties to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and in fact in May of 2015 was part of a trial funded by Gates designed to coach doctors on how to ​convince parents to vaccinate. Developed by ​Vax Northwest​, a Washington state publ​ic-private partnership, the results of the trial are reported in ​Pediatrics in “​Physician Communication Training and Parental Vaccine Hesitancy: A Randomized Trial​,” with an accompanying editorial: “​Physician Communication with Vaccine-Hesitant Parents: The Start, Not the End, of the Story​.”

Why Are Public Funds Co-mingled with Private Special Interest Groups Studying How to Convince Parents to Vaccinate Their Children Instead of Studying How to Decrease Children’s Health Problems?

Public-private partnerships tend to be controversial organizations, mostly because they take public money but also take money from private entities. Often those private entities have hidden agendas that would make using public monies a conflict of interest, which is why public-private partnerships can be a front organization.


The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation continues to execute a fanatical push toward mass vaccination, despite the fact that in ​other countries they are being sued​ and are under fire for damages and deaths as a direct result of their vaccination programs.

Parents, in the meantime, are scratching their heads wondering why so much money and resources are being spent to “convince” parents of something, if it is supposed to be so harmless.

They are also wondering why, simultaneously, according to a study published in A​cademic Pediatrics, up to ​54% of American children continue to suffer from chronic illness.​

Many in the medical freedom, natural health and immunology community are questioning the serious link between the aggressive CDC vaccine schedule and the health of American children, including the recently published study by ​Yale​ linking vaccines to neuropsychiatric conditions.

What is the Risk of Not Vaccinating Versus Vaccinating and Risking Injury or Even Death?

And finally, what was the conclusion of the Parasidis/Opel paper?

The most that can be concluded from their results is there is no concrete conclusion. The missing piece seems to be: how do these cases compare to the negligence of vaccine injury?

In other words, what is the risk of not vaccinating versus vaccinating and risking injury?

Parents continue to navigate these choppy waters with very little accurate data, doing their best to protect their children while politics and medicine swirl the current.

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all “quacks.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding “the science” of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines.

These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions.

Most of the lifestyle elements I discuss below might have already been conveyed to you by your doctors or your friends. Anyway, some of the details can be a bit different from what you have heard. So, read on with an open mind.

Oxidative Stress

Oxidative occurs when antioxidants are lacking to neutralize free radicals effectively. Excess free radicals due to oxidative stress can eventually lead to oxidative damage.

Damage done by free radicals to cell membrane molecules can result in atherosclerosis (plaque build-up).

The followings are things you can do to prevent oxidative stress.

Avoid Sugar

Added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, grains (rice, wheat, and others), and processed carbs, all of which can cause oxidative stress. These are foods you need to avoid.

Avoid Fried Foods

Vegetable oils such as sunflower, corn, and soy are categorized as polyunsaturated fats as they contain two or more double bonds in their fatty acid molecules. The double bonds are easily oxidized when during production, shipment, storage, cooking, and in your body.

If oxidized polyunsaturated fats are parts of your arterial cell membranes, then proteins in the membranes, including calcium channel are prone to being malfunctioning. This results in too much calcium getting into your arterial cells and cannot get out due to malfunction, then your endothelial and intimal cells would end up clogged up by calcium.

This build-up is what most scientists and doctors call as cholesterol build-up. Funny isn’t it?

So, avoid using these vegetable oils in cooking. Use healthier cooking oil such as extra virgin coconut oil, palm oil, and coconut oil.

A recent research has shown that eating fried fish can increase your risk of heart disease. Study authors think that fried fish itself is at fault. Instead, eating fried fish may be a litmus test that indicates an unhealthy lifestyle, which is more likely to lead to heart disease.

Note: As all cooking oils get oxidized when heated, and oxidized oils can leed to oxidative stress, then avoiding fried foods altogether would be best if you wish to accelerate your heart disease reversal.

Avoid Processed Foods

Artificial colorings are one of the additives in processed foods thought to cause oxidative stress. Other ingredients such as hydrogenated fats and acrylamides in crackers, muffins, and cakes are also thought to cause similar thing.

Quit Smoking

Smoking won’t benefit you in any way. Period.

Cigarette smoke contains hundreds or perhaps thousands of chemical compounds containing benzene rings that can cause oxidative stress. If you smoke try to find ways to quit today.

Drink or Quit

Resveratrol contents in red wine are revered as potent antioxidants, Red wine is said to be better in term of antioxidant activities compared to white wine.

How about alcohol content in wine? It is changed to ethanol, an aldehyde that is very harmful to your cells! It is said to be cytotoxic, meaning it can damage any cells in your body, including that of your arteries.

That’s why some experts believe that drinking little alcohol also can harm your health. To them, quitting might be the best choice.

Avoid Overeating

Overeating makes your liver work harder to detoxify chemical contents in your foods. If you make overeating as a habit, you would really burden your liver to work harder and harder.

What are my vitamin C options?

Keep in mind, not all vitamin C supplements are created equal. If your vitamin C supplement is derived from corn – be sure it’s a non-GMO variety. Simply ask the manufacturer – you may be surprised to discover what they admit on the telephone.

4. Enhanced T-lymphocyte function (cell-mediated immunity)
5. Enhanced B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocyte proliferation6. Enhanced natural killer cell activity (very important anti-cancer function)
6. Enhanced prostaglandin formation
7. Enhanced nitric oxide production by phagocytes

Why is vitamin C the key to powerful immunity?

Red blood cells have roughly the same concentration of vitamin C as the surrounding plasma. Heart cells and kidney cells, which are very metabolically active cells, have about 13-fold more vitamin C than the plasma, an impressive concentration difference. This is certainly consistent with the continual need for electrons in such active cells.

Phagocytic white blood cells (granulocytes) have 25-fold more vitamin C than the plasma. Since these cells need an abundance of energy to consume and digest pathogens and cellular “debris,” this concentration of vitamin C makes a lot of sense as well.

The king of the vitamin C concentrators, however, is the circulating monocyte, which becomes known as a macrophage, another cell with phagocytic functions, when it settles into the tissues. This cell has more than an 80-fold increased concentration of vitamin C inside it relative to the plasma. Few, if any, other examples of a circulating nutrient/vitamin being so selectively concentrated in a given cell type exist.

How vitamin C acts as a ‘lifesaver’

Whenever inflammation develops, oxidative stress is increased, and vitamin C stores of the inflamed areas are acutely depleted to absent. The first cells that the immune system mobilizes to areas of acute inflammation are the monocytes.

As a hypothetical possibility, then, it would appear that this early, initial function of the immune system is to compensate for the inflamed area depleted of vitamin C with a vitamin C ‘delivery system’: the monocyte. This concept also meshes quite well with the fact that many other immune cells have significantly increased concentrations of vitamin C as well.

Always include vitamin C in whatever “wellness program” you choose to follow.

There are many things you can do and/or consume to help you achieve the health and wellness you seek. However, you should never be completely comfortable that your health program cannot be improved upon.

Donation of electrons at the molecular level, which is the ultimate positive impact of any therapeutic protocol, is the antioxidant effect. You always want more electron donation and less electron depletion (oxidation). Vitamin C, while not the only good antioxidant you can supplement, performs this electron donation/flow better than anything else available, and it still remains very affordable, in spite of repeated attempts to make it more expensive and market it as a “vitamin C complex” or “natural” vitamin C.

Vitamin C is truly ‘designed by nature’ – as most animals synthesize this essential nutrient as needed. Humans, unfortunately, lost this ability, but we still need to cope as best we can for our daily antioxidant needs.

Their work proved without a doubt, a diet high in fruits, vegetables and grains under normal circumstances produce prebiotics – which help maintain our resistance to disease.

Science proves the value of diet for disease prevention

“Professor Mackay said, “The notion that diet might have profound effects on immune responses or inflammatory diseases has never been taken that seriously”. He goes on to say, “We believe that changes in diet, associated with western lifestyles, contribute to the increasing incidences of asthma, Type 1 diabetes and other autoimmune diseases. Now we have a new molecular mechanism that might explain how diet is affecting our immune systems.”

One of the greatest controversies in oncology may have been resolved: Researchers may have discovered the reason that research into the effectiveness of high-dose vitamin C as a cancer treatment has been so mixed.

When taken orally, massive quantities of vitamin C are either broken down or excreted unused by the body. In contrast, intravenous administration of vitamin C produces blood levels 100 to 500 times higher than oral administration.

This could explain why many clinical trials on vitamin C and cancer — most of which have used oral administration — failed to support the results seen in laboratory studies using cancer cells.

Surprisingly, the most recent study on the topic from researchers at the University of Iowa (UI), published in the journal Redox Biology, suggests that vitamin C’s cancer-fighting potential might come not from its antioxidant capabilities, as previously assumed. On the contrary, vitamin C appears to generate free radicals that tear apart cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed. Targeting a weakness of cancer cells

In prior research, the same scientists found that high-dose vitamin C selectively killed cancer cells in the laboratory, and had the same effect in mice … if the vitamin C was administered intravenously. In the new study, researchers sought to discover the causes behind this effect.

They found that in the body, vitamin C quickly breaks down, generating the free radical hydrogen peroxide as a byproduct. This is a paradoxical effect, because free radicals are the very cell- and DNA-damaging chemicals that antioxidants such as vitamin C remove from the body.

But the researchers further found that healthy cells seemed to have defensive mechanisms that easily allowed them to resist the oxidizing effects of hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide is, in fact, used as a defense mechanism by the body’s own immune system). Tumor cells, however, were much more likely to be damaged and destroyed by the chemical.

“In this paper we demonstrate that cancer cells are much less efficient in removing hydrogen peroxide than normal cells. Thus, cancer cells are much more prone to damage and death from a high amount of hydrogen peroxide,” lead researcher Garry Buettner said.

“This explains how the very, very high levels of vitamin C used in our clinical trials do not affect normal tissue, but can be damaging to tumor tissue.”

Treatment on the horizon?

The researchers found that healthy cells use various mechanisms to remove hydrogen peroxide, and that one of the primary mechanisms is the enzyme catalase. They found that the lower cells’ catalase activity, the more damage they suffered from hydrogen peroxide exposure.

“Our results suggest that cancers with low levels of catalase are likely to be the most responsive to high-dose vitamin C therapy, whereas cancers with relatively high levels of catalase may be the least responsive,” Buettner said.

The researchers are planning future research to develop ways to measure tumors’ catalase levels and test this hypothesis further.

UI researchers also conducted clinical trials using intravenous, high-dose vitamin C in patients with pancreatic and lung cancer. Earlier, smaller trials suggested that this treatment had limited side effects and might improve patient outcomes. The larger study hopes to establish whether vitamin C, in conjunction with other cancer treatments, actually boosts patient survival. While most of us are aware that every mouthful of a McDonald’s meal contains fat-promoting ingredients, we often don’t realize how many chemicals are in there too. 1.      Ammonium sulfate

Ammonium sulfate is an inorganic salt used as a fertilizer and flame retardant, and it is also added to Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide. But did you know that ammonium sulfate can also be found in a burger bun? This nasty chemical has been associated with irritation of the gastrointestinal tract, diarrhea, nausea and hormone disruption.

2.      Silicone oil

If you are a chicken nuggets lover then you are a regular consumer of dimethylpolysiloxane, also known as silicone oil. Silicone oil is a synthetic material used to make contact lenses, caulking, silly putty and lubricants. The use of this non-biodegradable oil has been decreased in breast implants due to safety concerns.

3.      Cysteine-L

Cysteine-L is an amino acid synthesized from human hair or duck feathers. It is used to flavor meat and soften bread and pastries. Consumption of cysteine-L has been linked to constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, rashes, fever, headaches, drowsiness, low blood pressure and liver problems.

4.      TBHQ

TBHQ, or tertiary butylhydroquinone, is a petroleum-based additive found in cosmetic products and 18 different McDonald’s menu items. Although the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has classified this chemical as totally safe for human consumption, long-term use can result in aggravation of ADHD symptoms, stomach cancer, damaged DNA and death.

5.      Propylene glycol

Found in anti-freeze, e-cigarettes and fast food, propylene glycol can cause damage to the central nervous system and worsen existing allergies and eye and skin conditions.

6.      Prescription drugs

Researchers at the Johns Hopkins University found alarming levels of antidepressants and other prescription, over-the-counter and banned drugs in chicken feed and chicken products from fast food restaurants. Because McDonald’s doesn’t use organic chicken, their chicken products very likely contain traces of prescription medications or antibiotics.

7.      Dimethylpolysiloxane

Dimethylpolysiloxane is often added to cooking oils used to prepare McDonald’s filet-o-fish, chicken nuggets and French fries. Besides being found in most fried fast foods, dimethylpolysiloxane is also utilized in the production of silly putty, contact lenses, caulking, shampoos and conditioners, breast implants, cosmetics, polishes and heat resistant tiles.

8.      Carminic acid

Carminic acid is a red food dye synthesized by cochineal beetles. It is often added to fast food meats to give them a more vibrant and appealing color. Until 2009, carmine, cochineal extract or natural red 4, were classified as “natural dyes.” These days, however, the FDA requires carmine and cochineal extract to be explicitly identified in ingredient lists because they can cause severe allergic reactions in some people.

9.      Cellulose

While cellulose may be a natural product produced from wood pulp, who wants to eat lots of indigestible wood fibers? Cellulose is added to nearly every fast food item as a way to add volume. It can be found in cheese, salad dressing, muffins and strawberry syrup, among many others. You name it, and chances are wood pulp is in there.

10.  Silicon dioxide

Also known as silica or industrial sand, silicon dioxide is used to make glass, optical fibers and cement. The fast food industry often adds it to meat and sauces to keep them from clumping together. In an industrial setting, workers handling silicon dioxide wear hazmat suits and masks. Nonetheless, the FDA sees no harm in adding this industrial chemical to your burger bun.
