Law Enforcement Officer Puts Out Call To Take America Back And Sends This Message To The World: ‘We’re Americans And We’d Rather Die On Our Feet Than Live On Our Knees’
While ANP has been quick to criticize the direction that America is now headed within many of our stories that you can find all over our website, we are also amazingly grateful that we live in America, a country that, though we’re headed in the wrong direction, is full of great people and great promise, even now. We’re quite certain that ANP and all of the other alt news websites you visit regularly didn’t get into this business to lay down and watch America die.
Think about it; if we were now in many different countries in the world, we’d probably be dead right now for writing the kinds of stories we write, stories critical of government, critical of the military, critical of our leaders in Washington DC.
While we’re not trying to downplay what is now happening in our country, the loss of rights and liberty, the NDAA, the direction we are headed as a nation that reminds many of Nazi Germany, the fact that we (alternative media) are still here today, still writing stories critical of a possible ‘dictatorial police-state’ for America, critical of government and critical of military, proves to us that there is still hope for freedom in America. One would be unwise to ‘count America out’ just yet.
The 1st video below, now viral across the internet, shows one reason America still has great promise as seen and heard in the messages of Captain Clay Higgins of St. Landry Parish in Louisiana who clearly sees this is a spiritual battle America is facing. Higgins has one message for law-abiding Americans and a totally different message for those who would seek to harm innocent Americans. To the Gremlins gang and others who seek to harm innocent Americans.:
‘You think men like these are afraid of an uneducated, 125 lbs punk like you? That’s never won a fair fight in your life, and holds your gun sideways?’ ‘I’ll meet you on solid ground anytime, anywhere, light or heavy, makes no difference to me. You won’t walk away’
‘You will be hunted. You will be tracked.’
To law-abiding American citizens, Higgins had another message, a message of hope, a message of the only way that we can take back America.:
“I encourage every citizen watching this to look into your own heart and find the American courage that conquers all evil. I implore you to listen to this message and stand up. Take back your streets, take back your country.”
He follows up with a message to those who would use his message as a way to create false racial division in America. Higgins clearly gets it…evil isn’t purely black or white…neither is good.:
“Take a close look behind me. Standing next to every cop is a leader of our black community. This is not about race, it’s about right vs wrong.”
He concludes: “On behalf of the St Landry Parish Sheriffs office, the Louisiana state police, the US Marshall Service and every cop and law-abiding citizen in America from sea to shining sea, I’m Clay Higgins asking every patriot to stand up, share this video and send a clear message to the world: We’re Americans and we’d rather die on our feet than live on our knees.”
Since Higgins released the video below, it’s not surprising that the ACLU has gotten involved and released a statement.:
“While we support legal law enforcement and certainly are as concerned as anyone about violence in our neighborhoods, law enforcement officers must be aware of the implications of their public statements. Assuming that what is reported is true, Mr. Higgins has suggested that those he seeks to arrest are subject to execution before trial. The statement that there is a “bounty on their heads” harks back to lawlessness, when people were killed first and questions asked later. That is not the way we operate in a free society, and regardless of Mr. Higgins’ opinions about the guilt of those he seeks to arrest, it is a felony to execute someone simply because you don’t like them.
“He refers to those he seeks to arrest as “heathens.” “Heathen” is a religious term, and unless Mr. Higgins has specific information about the religious beliefs of those individuals, it is both inappropriate and incorrect. And even if it’s true that these individuals, or some of them, are religiously “heathen,” that is of no consequence to their status as criminal suspects. Unless Mr. Higgins believes that all law-abiding people share his personal religious faith – and if he does believe that, he should not be an officer of the law – to call someone a “heathen” and equate that to “criminal” is simply insulting, wrong, and potentially a violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.”
In all fairness, nowhere in Higgins statement did we hear anything at all about ‘executing’ anyone as the ACLU stated; however, we sincerely hope that Captain Higgins is able to ‘hunt these animals down’ to make sure no more Louisiana residents are harmed. ‘Hunting down’ criminals is not ‘executing them’. If in the process of LEO’s legally ‘hunting down’ these criminals one of these gang members pulls a gun, we’d expect they’d probably promptly pay for that stupid decision. As for the word ‘heathens’ and the ACLU’s statement, we’d like to know what our readers think in the comment section.
With men and women like Captain Clay Higgins in America, it’s easy to see why America should never be counted out. Reading comments on the video (below), we see that many people feel the exact same way. With a Sheriff in Tennessee recently blaming Beyonce’s super bowl halftime show for shots taken at his house and helping to contribute to an atmosphere that he warns puts all LEO’s in danger, we cleary see the spiritual battle taking place that Higgins warns us of.:
If you are an ANP reader in the Louisiana area who has information on these gang members who are armed and dangerous, please contact the authorities at (337) 277-9667, (337) 400-9064 or (337) 277-3503.
What do you think about Captain Higgins statements? What about the response from the ACLU? Please let us know in the comment section below. In the 2nd video below, we hear what one black man thinks about a group of thugs beating up a US Marine because ‘black lives matter‘. Which leads to a quick question to a ‘Black Lives Matter’ group that regularly ignores black on black crime to focus on their political agenda…. we have to ask…. do they really?
